Grade 8 Math Week of 11/21/16

Last week, students completed a project on compound interest.  They looked at offers from different banks in order to decide which was the better place to put their hard earned money.
This week, students explore The Towers of Hanoi, a puzzle that was invented by the French mathematician Édouard Lucas in 1883, which grows exponentially.  We will also look to Greenland for an example of exponential decay.
