Hello K-001 Families!
It was lovely to see so many of you last week at Family Friday. The students really enjoyed participating in math stations and playing many different math games with you all.  Here are some photos of all the fun.

This week we are beginning our Bread Study.  The purpose of this study is to expose students to the process of inquiry about a topic.  We are also connecting this topic to learning about different cultures and how bread plays a role in family life.  We began by brainstorming things that we know about bread and things we want to learn about bread.  This will help guide the direction our study takes.  Students will be recording their learning in their Bread Study Book to keep track of all their hard work.  If you think you can contribute to this work in any way, please feel free to contact me directly by email.
