Middle School Admissions: Mark Twain/District 21 Request For Testing (RFT) Forms
Dear 5th Grade Families,
If you wish to apply to District 21 Talent Testing Programs, including I.S. 239 Mark Twain, a Request For Testing (RFT) form is required. You must inform me that you need a RFT form. I will send home an RFT form with your child via his/her backpack, when the RFT forms are available. All RFT forms must be returned to me no later than Friday, October 13th, 2017.
