Let it SNOW!

This week was full of festivities in 302! We celebrated today with our Winter Cookie and Craft party. Our theme was LET IT SNOW, and we made snowflake art, followed by delicious cookie treats! We were so happy to include moms and dads, and even some grandmas and grandpas in our celebration! The children were surprised by a “photo booth” and snowflake lights glimmering on the ceiling.

Thank you so much for your very generous gifts!  I was really touched by the recipe book, crafted by the students of 302!  This beautiful gift  included both delicious cooking recipes, as well as recipes for life! This is definitely a gift I will cherish.  I appreciate the time and thought it takes to put together such an endeavor. Class 302 is a true community- we work hard together, and we laugh and learn a lot as well.  I am particularly thankful for the sense of fun and belonging in our class at this holiday time of the year. My return to the classroom this year has been a very special one so far!

Enjoy the upcoming week with family and friends.

I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year!

See you in 2018!
