“Conducting” Experiments in the 4th Grade!
Class 401 and 402 have been learning a lot about electricity and circuits! Last week, students worked together to find various circuits, or pathways through which electricity flows! Groups tried many different circuits until they successfully were able to connect the components so that their lightbulb lit up!

Here is some of the new vocabulary we are using through the unit:
attract, repel, force, magnet, magnetism, battery, D-cell, filament, component, circuit, electricity source, electricity receiver, conductor, and insulator
Today, students will be testing objects in and around the classroom to identify what materials are qualified as conductors or insulators!
