• Two adults from families of prospective students:
• who are starting Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 or Grade 3 in September 2018
• who scored in the 97th percentile and above
• BSI is listed as an option for your child in the communications you received from the Office of Student Enrollment

Note: Because of space constraints, we will only be able to welcome a maximum of two adults from each eligible student’s family. Sorry, but no children may attend the tours; these are information sessions geared to adults only, and adults accompanied by children will not be admitted. (Exceptions can be made for infants under a year old carried in arms or strap-on infant carriers; please contact msigalova@bsi686.org.)

Tours will be held during the second week of April at 8:30 am on:

• Tuesday, April 10
• Friday, April 13

• G&T results letter
• Printout of email registration for BSI Open House
• Picture ID

HOW:

SCHEDULE:

• 8:20 am Door Opens; Open House check-in begins.

Please note that street parking in the area around the school can be challenging, and allow extra time for parking if you are coming by car; we will begin each session promptly, and after a certain point, latecomers will not be able to tour the school facilities.

• 8:40 am – 9:20 am Tour of the school facilities led by parents of current BSI students.
• 9:20 am – 9:30 am Welcome to BSI.
• 9:30 am – 9:50 am Eric Havlik, principal, will address open house groups, and time will be reserved for questions and answers.

A PTO-sponsored social event will be held in late June for all BSI families, including families of students who have accepted places at BSI for September 2018; more information about that event should be available at www.bsipto.org in May.
