Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a great time on our very first Kindergarten field trip today! We explored parts of the museum and experienced many hands on activities. Ask your child about their favorite part.

This week, we spent some time reflecting on the things we are thankful for. We created “thankful turkeys” and wrote the things we are thankful for on each feather. Be sure to ask your child to read the feathers on their turkey!  We also learned a song called, Things I am Thankful For by Hap Palmer.  You can check out the video here. We loved singing along and making the movements.

Wishing each of our kindergarten families a happy and healthy Thanksgiving holiday! We are so grateful for everything you do to help make teaching our children easier!  Enjoy every delicious minute!
