Parent Volunteers needed to lead Open House Tours
We will be holding our Kindergarten Open houses this year on Tuesday, April 10th and Friday, April 13th. Many of you have helped out in the past with leading the tours or signing families in and know how much fun it is meeting new families and sharing the excitement of BSI.
For those of you who have not lead a tour in the past and may not know what exactly is involved in helping with Open Houses – having been a volunteer myself for a few years in the past as a BSI parent, I can tell you how exciting it is to see hopeful families coming to tour BSI. As a tour guide you get to take prospective families around school and into the classrooms (a great opportunity to see classes in action as a parent!). I will send you complete information including exact tour route with details about every room you will be visiting and general info about our great school, so you will have all the information you need to lead a tour. It’s only an hour and a half in the morning and it really is a lot of fun!
