Science: Grades 6-8, Week of 12/10/18
The 6th grade will be examining what the colors of stars tell about them. They will also investigate how stars are born and die.
The 7th grade, nearing the end of their Chemistry unit, will be examining different kinds of plastics and debating the pros of cons of this highly useful but very polluting chemical.
The 8th grade is continuing their study of human anatomy & physiology. This week they will tackle the excretory & respiratory system. They will measure their lung capacity and make a working model of a lung in a bottle.
